This was a major project: mechanical deconstruction of six buildings (Secondaire 3, Pavillon Bourgeois, Pavillon Leduc, the Novitiate, the mother house auditorium and Pavillon Sacré Cœur) on a single site at the intersection of Saint-Jean-Baptiste and Curé-Raimbault in Nicolet, Québec, for the Sisters of the Assumption (SASV). The demolition included asbestos removal in the building. Our team also took the time to carefully remove the cross from the bell tower, so it could be turned over to the SASV. The entire process was filmed and posted on YouTube.
