Your tasks
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment
- Carry out safety inspections and ensure equipment compliance
- Respond to service calls on job sites when required
- Repair and maintain hydraulic excavators and quarry equipment, among others
What we’re looking for
- Good knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and diesel systems
- Able to quickly diagnose problems and clearly communicate technical solutions
- Resourcefulness
- Punctuality
- Advanced French, spoken and written
Required qualifications
- DVS (DEP) in construction equipment mechanics or heavy vehicle mechanics (or equivalent)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Up-to-date WHMIS
- ASP Construction card
- PEP card (asset)
