Excavation René St-Pierre is seeking a Project Coordinator eager to develop their expertise within a passionate team dedicated to delivering major projects across Quebec.
Your Role
Reporting to the General Manager and working alongside Project Managers, you will contribute to the daily coordination of operations and ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling project administration and tracking;
- Preparing and updating site documentation;
- Following up with subcontractors and suppliers;
- Collaborating on work planning;
- Participating in coordination meetings;
- Monitoring project schedules;
- Supporting the project management team in daily activities;
- Helping to resolve issues encountered during projects.

- Frequent travel, primarily within the Montreal area and occasionally throughout Quebec;
